How do I search for Parts or Gift Card?

Easy make your search faster by using the 'Search' bar located at the top of each page by part number, product name, car model or by categories.

How do I place an order?

Once the item is selected which you wanted to order, select the quantity required and click the “Add to Cart” button.

Once you’ve added something to your shopping cart, it remains in there unless you remove it by clicking the “remove” button, even if you hit the “back” button on your web browser.

How do I delete an item from the Shopping Cart?

Simply click the “remove” button next to the product. The item is instantly removed from your shopping cart.

How do I change the quantity of an item?

There are two ways;

  1. From the View Cart at the top of the page, toggle the up & down Qty arrows next to the product
  2. From the Checkout page, enter the new Qty required next to the product and click the “Update Order” button.

Can I use my Gift card online & instore?

Buy them online & use them online & instore as well

How do I get my order confirmation?

An Order Confirmation is e-mailed to you shortly after payment is confirmed. Please check any e-mail spam folders as they can sometimes end up in there.

How Do I pay online?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Debit Cards (with the Visa logo) and Direct Credit for all orders. Please note payments made by Direct Credit (Bank Transfer) can take 2-3 working days to be cleared.
Performance Parts MUST have received payment within 2-3 working days otherwise your order will not be processed further.

We do accept International Credit Cards or Store/Finance Cards (I.e Q-Card, Finance Now etc).

Do I need to create an account to be able to shop?

Yes, you do not need to create an account with us in order to checkout with an item or item.

Can I change my order once the order is processed?

We are unable to change a size or quantity of any items in an order. However, if you have any other changes to your order, please contact our Customer Service team. (hyperlink to our store number). We will cancel you that order and you can create a new order with changes.

I have forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your login password, you can easily reset it by clicking 'Reset My Password' on the 'Login' page. Once you click this button you will be sent an email with instructions as to how to procced with resetting your password. If you click 'Rest My Password' multiple times, you will be sent multiple passwords reset emails, each new one cancelling out the previous one.

I have seen a product online can I get them in-store?

Stock might vary some time due to system glitch, so if you find a product you like online but want to view it instore, contact our Customer Service team (hyperlink to our store number) to help you with stock availability status.

What if I would like to buy a part online and currently it’s not available?

We would recommend you to always check with our Customer Service team (hyperlink to our store number) and check if we will be getting an item back in stock or can be arranged through our local supplier sources in case of urgency or expensive parts like gear boxes, transmission etc which are not always in stock.
